The ticket buyer or confirmed passenger will be eligible for an Air France flight cancellation compensation upon presentation of a valid travel document and in accordance with Air France refund policy. A few other factors may affect how much money you receive in return. If only a portion of a ticket is utilised, the refund will be calculated (in line with the ticket's pricing constraints) for the amount of the unused portion of the flight, less any Air France cancellation fees.
